Hi, I am Bethany, Owner + Organizer of BCG Design! I am a Memphis native who returned home in 2022 with my husband and our two daughters by way of CA>DC>VA.

I have held a lifelong passion for organizing, as I spent many of my teen years restructuring my parents' attic, garage, pantry, even photo albums. I was thrilled to learn I could actually earn an allowance for this fun! After working in insurance brokerage and entering into motherhood, I found myself in pursuit of an old interest, organizing homes. I spent 2022-2024 working and learning alongside the amazing women at Trazo Design and excitedly launched BCG Design in the fall of 2024. 

I believe that my unique knowledge transitioning out of a corporate career, becoming a Navy spouse, and raising small children provides me with the range of relating to diverse circumstances. I find this particularly important as I aim to understand your needs.

Having moved four times over 10 years, I have experienced how truly transformative having functional spaces that work for your stage of life can be. I want to learn about your transitions, new homeowner-newly married-new parent-empty nesting-newly retired and discuss where you feel the most stuck! Whether it be laundry-cleaning-cooking-getting ready in the morning, our lives are constantly moving! I would love to support you in small ways or large, whether creating a space to ease the difficulty of middle of the night diaper changes or organizing an office for recent retirees! There are unlimited ways to help meet you where you are!
